A very nice looking Colt Official Police revolver in .38 Special. Serial number is 6946-xx. Last patent date on the barrel is October 6, 1926. The overall condition of this revolver is excellent. Bluing is about 99%, there is some very light pitting on the frame above the trigger on the right side. There is also a light surface mark on the right side of the trigger and some minor handling marks on the barrel. It does not appear this one was shot much. Cylinder locks up tight. Nice looking bore. Grips are excellent. No box or papers.
